The Main Table
Exposed wood tables are a nice alternative to linens when they reveal an authentic charm. This sustainable dining table at Artistic Habitat was crafted from a recovered yucca tree in Southern Mexico. With natural fissures in the wood, it’s a one-of-a-kind piece with distinct design qualities found in all of its beautiful imperfection. The mix-and-match table décor is a collection of hand-selected, limited-edition designer pieces.
Floral Inspiration
Jenny, owner and designer at Magical Blooms, chose a pure, loosely styled approach for the florals, which include ranunculus and tiger anemones. Adding painted foliage keeps the larger table arrangement playful and artistic. “Variations on the peach and coral tones are popular and energizing choices for spring and summer … bright, cheerful and life-affirming!” she says.
Finer Details
Handwoven blue textiles adorn the pillows, adding a seasonal but subtle pop of color, style and character. A handcrafted bowl filled with tomatillos plays off the origin of the unique furniture pieces curated from Mexico. Fill handmade earthenware vases with colorful blooms to brighten up darker spaces.
