As a kid in Fort Worth, Texas, Tony Puma couldn’t have predicted that he would be enjoying an award-winning career in California real estate a few decades later. Like young Bill Davis and Keith Kelley, who were growing up in California, Tony spent his days playing sports and enjoying the great outdoors.
He moved to Southern California in 1999 and fell in love with the views of the hills and ocean—a welcome change from the vast plains that make up the Texas landscape. “I’ve lived in the beautiful Beach Cities for so long now, I feel like a native!” he shares.
Tony decided to pursue his passion for real estate full time—a career choice Keith and Bill were also making in their own lives around the same time. All three felt a natural calling to this industry due to a passion for working with people combined with a dream to build a lasting legacy for their clients.
After selling real estate in the Beach Cities and Palos Verdes for 10 years, Tony purchased Palos Verdes Realty with the goal of maintaining and growing its long history of prosperous transactions. Soon after, fellow top-producing agents Bill and Keith joined the team, bringing their complementary strengths and areas of expertise.

Today Palos Verdes Realty is a boutique real estate office built on a solid foundation of the professional knowledge and hands-on experience provided by the talented trio. Collectively, they have more than 50 years of experience facilitating successful real estate transactions.
Keith brings professional certifications to the table—including Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Palos Verdes Specialist—and has been named the Top Realtor of Rolling Hills multiple times. Bill’s knack for closing transactions quickly has ranked him in the top 16% of agents on the Peninsula by HomeLight. Having flipped close to 200 homes, Tony’s eye for upscale architecture and modern design continues to elevate the team within the South Bay luxury home market.
The team, which includes transaction coordinator Kathy Jacques and marketing manager Alison Grillo, specializes in every area from Manhattan Beach to Long Beach and has completed transactions from Santa Barbara to San Diego.

The guys have put together a fantastic network of vendors to support their clients, and they learn of off-market and soon-to-market homes due to their strong network of fellow agents and friends. Additionally, the team’s experience with building and remodeling homes provides insight into how an ideally located house can be transformed into a client’s perfect home with a bit of elbow grease, time and patience.
Their perfected method of buying and selling in the luxury markets of Palos Verdes and the Beach Cities made way for 2021 to be their most successful year to date, with more than $150 million in sales. As longtime residents who are highly active in their communities—taking on leadership roles at various levels such as the HOA and Little League boards—each member of the team knows the South Bay’s neighborhoods deeper than any graph or chart on a market report can show.
Bill, Keith and Tony count themselves lucky to have flexible schedules that allow them to pursue hobbies and be a large part of their kids’ and wives’ activities. Coaching sports, cheering at games and competitions, enjoying outdoor adventures, playing music, attending a variety of gatherings, planning and taking vacations—every wonderful minute they spend with their families and friends is a constant reminder of how symbiotic one’s home life is to overall happiness.
