In what ways do you stand out in your market?

I have a unique background in lending, insurance and high-impact marketing to help clients navigate complex moves across both California and Oregon. Beyond the numbers, I lead with honesty, integrity and a heart for advocacy, making sure every transaction is driven by real trust, personal attention and purpose. I also excel at negotiations.

How do you grow your business?

Building meaningful relationships and providing an unmatched level of care and service are the true foundations of my business. When you show up with absolute transparency and treat clients like family, long-term trust and organic growth naturally follow.

How can we support other women in business?

Collaborate, intentionally buy from and refer each other business, provide honest feedback, share our resources and knowledge, and advocate for inclusion and opportunities.

When people tell the story of your business years from now, what do you hope they’ll say?

I hope they say, “Her legacy changed lives far beyond real estate,” because my goal is to help others in all walks of life and make a positive impact in this world.

What does “local” mean to you?

Being local to the South Bay isn’t just about selling properties here. It’s about being actively invested in the culture and the people. It means pouring back into our community through local advocacy, supporting neighborhood businesses, and building relationships where your neighbors become friends and family and your community feels like home.

How long have you lived in the South Bay?

My husband, Matt, lived in Hermosa Beach in his 20s, and I’ve worked in the South Bay for nearly a decade. We decided that we wanted to buy our first home here, which we did in 2022. We absolutely love being a part of the community.

Why did you decide to be dual licensed in Oregon and California?

A lot of people in Oregon were reaching out to have me represent them, and I kept referring them to other Realtors. I got my license in Oregon to bridge that gap so clients don’t have to restart the trust-building process when making a major life transition. I act as a bridge between both markets, providing strategic, end-to-end guidance so their move is seamless. Also, as my parents are getting older, the transition of caring for my disabled sister is naturally shifting from them to me, so this allows me to spend more time with them.

Tell us about your family.

I was adopted from Vietnam at the age of 4½ into an amazing family that taught me how to ride horses, grow our own food and work hard for everything in life. My sister, Kaitlinh, is disabled and needed specialized support, so my mom sold her restaurant franchises and my dad transitioned his career from the VA so Kaitlinh could attend the Oregon School for the Deaf. My parents sacrificed so much to give us every opportunity, and their selflessness and love for their family shaped the values, work ethic and heart I bring to everything I do today.

What are your passion projects?

Raising donations for Starts With One Today, the rescue I volunteer with and foster through. They are on the streets every day rescuing and providing food, resources and supplies to the families and animals that live there. I also hold a profound commitment to our armed service members and veterans. My dad was in the 173rd Airborne Brigade (SEP) during the Vietnam War and received a Purple Heart. I also champion local small mom-and-pop businesses so they can continue their legacies for many years.
