After we completed a small project on their starter house, our clients asked us to transform this house into their forever home. We preserved its original Craftsman charm while creating brighter, connected spaces to suit their modern family lifestyle. We refreshed the exterior with a classic Craftsman color palette, highlighted with custom stained glass and a walkway of cobblestone reclaimed from France.

Inside, thoughtful details bring warmth and personality. The color-drenched reading room sets the tone for the home, while rich walnut accents, custom built-ins and a leather banquette make the kitchen inviting and functional. The powder room is the home’s jewel box, where bold color and rich finishes prove that the smallest room can make a lasting impression.

For nearly 40 years, we’ve helped South Bay homeowners love their homes again through an integrated design-build process. Our team includes in-house architectural designers, interior designers, project managers and skilled craftspeople who collaborate from the earliest planning conversations through the final walk-through. Because design and construction work side by side every day, we’re able to solve challenges early, communicate clearly and deliver a smoother experience for our clients.

The best projects happen when everyone is working toward the same goal. We’re proud recipients of multiple awards, but what we’re most proud of is the collaborative culture behind every project. Working together allows us to deliver homes that are thoughtfully designed, expertly built and tailored to the families who live in them.

What’s next for your business?

We stay ahead by embracing trends, technological advances and sustainability, but our true focus remains on designing and building homes that are timeless and enduring. Continuing education helps us refine our craft and deliver exceptional results. We’re committed to maintaining our reputation as the South Bay’s premier residential design-build remodeler.

Do you enjoy collaborations?

Collaboration keeps our work fresh, innovative and exciting! We’ve held a seat on Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies Remodeling Futures Program and are members of NARI, NAHB and other design-build thought leader groups. But some of our best learning happens in-house, when our team swaps expertise. This exchange of knowledge not only strengthens our skills but also keeps our projects dynamic and inspired.
