Ruby Rose Mocktail
Serves 1
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 2 teaspoons rose water
- 2 teaspoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons pomegranate molasses
- 6 drops lemon bitters
- diamond or decorative ice cubes
- 3 ounces sparkling water
- 6 fresh mint leaves, stemmed and torn
- 1 tablespoon fresh pomegranate seeds
- ½ teaspoon dried rose petals, optional
Combine the first five ingredients in a pitcher. Stir and pour into a rocks glass over ice. Top with sparkling water. Stir in mint and pomegranate seeds, and garnish with dried rose petals.

The JV1 Vesper Martini
Serves 1
- 2 ounces gin
- 1½ ounces vodka
- ¼ ounce Cocchi Americano
Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Classic Aviation
Serves 1
- 2 ounces Aviation gin
- 1½ tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon crème de violette
- 1 tablespoon Maraschino liqueur (clear)
- optional garnish: brandied or sour cherry, or lemon twist
Place ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain and serve in a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry or lemon twist.
