Estate Properties International is a luxury real estate brokerage headquartered in Los Angeles. The firm boasts $123 billion in total sales volume from over 200,000 transactions. The Sanders family launched its first real estate brokerage in 1984, spearheaded by their founder and mother, Sandra Sanders. Siblings John, Diane and James joined the brokerage in 1989. Previously affiliated with a national brand, the Sanders family made a bold move on January 7, 2025, founding Estate Properties as the largest independent brokerage in the South Bay.

What is your professional superpower? 

Our superpower is simple: We care—we care a lot. What gets us out of bed in the morning is helping agents succeed. As our mother taught us: “You get up. You dress up. You show up. No matter what.”

What do you credit for your success?

How well do you know this area? 

John, James and Diane were all born in Texas but moved to the South Bay at young age. We grew up here, attended local schools and raised our families—and now grandchildren—here. We know every street in every city.
