What makes you stand out among local Realtors?

My motto is: I would never put you in a home I wouldn’t put my own family in. I deeply care about my clients’ goals, and I take the time to truly understand what matters most to them—beyond just bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s about lifestyle, community and long-term happiness. I’m committed to being the kind of Realtor people feel confident in and comfortable with, both professionally and personally. I also value strong relationships within the Realtor community, knowing that collaboration and mutual respect help create smoother transactions and better outcomes for everyone involved. My clients appreciate my honesty, work ethic, attention to detail and the way I go above and beyond—even after the deal is done.

How well do you know this area?

Over the years, I’ve gotten to know every corner of our Beach Cities—and I absolutely love being part of this vibrant, tight-knit community. People jokingly call me the “mayor” because I genuinely love connecting with others and supporting everything local.

What are you an expert at outside work?

Travel! My family and I love exploring new places and creating unforgettable experiences together. Whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or a big international trip, I’m all about finding the best spots, hidden gems and family-friendly adventures. I love sharing those moments on social media, and I’ve become the go-to person for friends and followers asking for travel tips, itineraries and destination ideas.

What is new and exciting for your business in 2025?

This year kicked off with an exciting change: My brokerage rebranded to Estate Properties. The fresh look and elevated brand have strengthened our presence not just here in the South Bay but internationally as well. With a strong global network and an incredible luxury portfolio platform, we now have even more tools to market high-end properties in a standout way. Even more exciting? We’re now the #1 independent brokerage in the South Bay and ranked Top 3 across all of Los Angeles County!

What do you expect to see in real estate this year, specifically in Southern California?

Southern California’s market is always dynamic, and 2025 is shaping up to be no different. I expect to see continued demand, especially in lifestyle-driven areas like the South Bay, where people value coastal living, great schools and vibrant communities. Inventory is still tight, but motivated buyers are out there—especially as interest rates begin to stabilize. We’re also seeing more movement in the luxury market, with buyers prioritizing quality of life and long-term value. It’s a greattime for sellers to prep their homes and take advantage of strong demand, and for buyers to stay ready and work with a local expert who can help them act quickly when the right opportunity comes up.

How does your family support your work?

My husband has been my biggest cheerleader since day one—he’s actually the one who encouraged me to chase my dream of becoming a Realtor. He’s been there through every milestone and continues to celebrate each win with me. Now our daughter, Kennedy, is getting in on the fun too! She loves to offer her own “expert” advice and even makes appearances in some of my marketing videos and social media. It’s become a fun family affair, and I love having them so involved.

Tell us about your own home.

We bought our Riviera home in 2015 when our daughter was just a toddler. We knew we wanted a place where we could put down roots and raise our family. I sold our home in North Redondo Beach and found a house on a quiet cul-de-sac that backed up to the trail—it had great bones and was full of potential. We jumped into a remodel right away, creating spaces that truly worked for our growing family. Over the years, we’ve continued to make updates as our needs evolve. To me, a home is more than just a place—it’s where your family grows, memories are made and life unfolds. Ours has been just that.
