What is your best attribute during a real estate transaction?
I am very communicative and quick to respond. Even when things are not emergent in the transaction, I know that swift response time helps mitigate stress for all parties. When you can keep stress levels down, ultimately the entire process is much smoother.
What do you credit for your success?
I truly love people! I enjoy their stories, their dreams and the energy of our amazing community. There are so many different types of personalities in this area, and I genuinely love to meet as many people as I can.
What makes you stand out?
I developed negotiation skills while working in the trenches of corporate America prior to getting into real estate. I have entwined them with South Bay vibes, building rapport and an exemplary reputation along the way.
Which real estate transaction are you proudest of?
I was honored to help a very special person purchase her first home. When she was in elementary school, her family and ours were neighbors. After my kids were born, she became the babysitter we relied on frequently. I saw her grow up and now have the pleasure of sharing the status of USC alumni with her! All these years later, she trusted me to assist her in purchasing her first home. I was with her every step of the way. It was a very personal experience for me, and I am so proud of her!
Describe your communication style.
I am highly communicative. I start by asking how clients like to receive communication (i.e., email, text, calls). I want to meet clients where they are and be sure they are comfortable. Communicating is the best way to reduce stress and worry for everyone through this process.
