What do you expect to see in Southern California real estate this year?

While some were hoping for significant drops in interest rates or real estate prices, we are seeing a stable yet competitive market largely due to persistent low inventory, especially in desirable areas like the South Bay. Because affordability continues to be a challenge, buyers are taking their time and scrutinizing value carefully, which means that pricing strategy, property presentation and professional representation matter more than ever. Sellers who invest in some preparation and partner with an experienced, dedicated agent will be best positioned to attract serious offers, stand out in the market and see the sale through to a successful closing.
