Quality Care

Dr. Steve: Our dental practice aims to provide the highest quality of care while operating efficiently. We recently began utilizing a dental AI platform that excels in detecting oral diseases with unmatched precision—educating patients through clear imaging and streamlining the submission, review and approval of insurance claims. This is a powerful advancement in image analysis—an advanced technology that can detect even the most subtle nuances in dental scans, leading to improved identification of issues before they escalate.

Patient Relationships

Dr. Michelle: The most rewarding part of our job is undoubtedly the patients. We love what we do and value the long-lasting relationships we create with our patients. I have known some of my patients for over 20 years, and they have witnessed my growth in practice. They are some of my biggest supporters during life’s significant moments, and being their dentist is truly a gift.

What to Expect

Dr. Michelle: Our team stays up to date on the latest developments in dentistry. We incorporate state-of-the-art technology into our practice to enhance our patients’ treatment and comfort. As a patient, you can expect friendly and knowledgeable care from us in a comfortable, high-tech setting designed to make you feel at ease.

Building Trust and Credibility

Dr. Michelle: The best way for patients to trust me as a provider is to spend adequate time getting to know them.  We often want to jump into the problem at hand, but taking the time to understand why the patient is in my office, their frustrations or concerns from past dental experiences, and what they hope for with their next dental home can establish that critical foundation.

Enhancing the Dental Experience

Dr. Steve: Computer software offers patients a glimpse of their future smiles. A virtual smile design tool can predict treatment outcomes based on a patient’s photo. This innovative approach enables effective communication between the patient, dentists and dental laboratory technicians regarding the desired aesthetics of the smile.

AI & Dentistry

Dr. Steve: Artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer just a buzzword. Influential figures like Stephen Hawking, Bill Gates, Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos have agreed that AI is comparable to electricity in terms of its potential impact. And dentistry is no exception.

AI represents a significant force poised to transform the dental industry in many ways. Its exceptional ability to analyze extensive datasets facilitates accurate diagnoses, ensuring that each patient receives appropriate care. With sophisticated algorithms, AI can streamline treatment planning by evaluating multiple variables and proposing tailored solutions for individual cases. The potential for enhanced patient outcomes is substantial.

A Health Care Career

Dr. Michelle: I’ve always known I wanted a career in health care, although I didn’t initially consider dentistry. As a child, I explored various fields, including pediatrics, optometry and dermatology, before seriously considering dentistry. As a dentist’s daughter, I wanted to ensure I chose the profession for the right reasons.  After spending numerous summer breaks and weekends assisting in both the front and back offices with my dad, my passion for the field began to grow.

I love what I do, but the most challenging aspect of my job is the time away from my family. As a mother of two young daughters, I realize that these early moments with them are fleeting. I strive to find a balance between motherhood and work.
