We start from the inside out on day one. I am a certified holistic nutritionist and NASM-certified personal trainer, so there’s zero guesswork in what clients eat or how they train. They cook with recipes that stabilize blood sugar, reduce inflammation and eliminate cravings that cause weight gain. They feel lighter, clearer and in control. Clients learn the science behind 30+ superfoods, herbs and spices that naturally heal metabolism, mood, sleep, digestion and hormones. They can train live with me from home or follow my online strength program. Most midlife women undervalue strength training, but it’s critical for Gen X, millennials and boomers to counter muscle loss and support bone health, mitochondrial function and body fat distribution.


Building Trust

My first client still trains with me weekly years later, and most new clients come through word of mouth from women who’ve had real transformations. I’ve helped women in every life stage I’ve personally mastered—losing baby weight in their 40s, navigating perimenopause, and managing the effects of declining estrogen on energy and body composition. A few share sessions with their husbands now. With daily accountability in both nutrition and workouts, they’re empowered with game-changing knowledge to take control of their health for life. Many lose 15 to 20 pounds, improve body composition, and learn how to fuel, heal and reverse age their bodies through strength training and anti-inflammatory meals. Most importantly, they leave with a clear, sustainable path forward—one they can follow for life, not just a season.


Improving Health Literacy

I’ve designed a science-backed program called the Lean & Clean Reset to educate women in midlife on the gut-brain axis, hormonal weight loss, muscle and bone health. My seminars cover the challenges of postnatal weight loss, perimenopause, menopause and postmenopausal body composition. I’m also working to partner with South Bay businesses to offer nutritional wellness programs. Additionally, I spent the last year collaborating with 26 South Bay restaurants on The 2025 Beach Healthy Dining Guide, featuring over 85 menu items with nutritional breakdowns to help clients make informed dining choices, tracking calories and macronutrient breakdowns of protein, carb and fat grams on recommended menu items. This is my gift to my local clients dining out in the South Bay community, where health and fitness are part of our DNA.


A Focus on Women

In my online nutritional support program, I specifically cater to women ages 40 to 65, offering coaching from the perspective of someone who’s lived through perimenopause and menopause. With over 6,000 hours of one-on-one private training and nutritional coaching, I bring real-life experience to the table. Unlike many nutritionists and trainers under 50 who simply repeat what they’ve read about these hormonal shifts without ever having lived through them, I understand the challenges firsthand. I’ve already been through these life stages and offer real empathy, compassion and relatability to help my clients navigate their own journey.


Healthy Family

Health and wellness have become a shared value in our home. I’ve taken my son to the gym with me since he was 7, and now at 17 he genuinely respects the healthy lifestyle we share. He’s taken a real interest in learning about fitness and nutrition and values my advice. As he heads to college soon, he still makes time to walk The Strand with me or run the beach. It’s been amazing to see how this lifestyle has shaped him, and the bond it’s created between us.
