I am a woman of color in a male-dominated industry. I lead with love, empathy, compassion, experience, kindness, creativity, style, passion and power.

When people tell the story of your business years from now, what do you hope they’ll say?

When people tell a story of VOX DJs years from now, I hope they talk about the unforgettable memories we helped them create through curated music, human connection, soul-enriching experiences and professionalism. I hope they remember the passion each team member exuded.

What can we each do to support other women in business?

The best way we can support other women in business is by listening to their stories, learning about their experiences and promoting their business by sharing it with others. Show up for other women by resharing their business to your network and attending events they are part of.

What inspired you to pursue a career in your field? words of advice for other women?

Being able to design shared experiences for people is what inspires me most. Creating space for a community to connect is what I am most passionate about. My advice for any woman just starting out in this industry is to always be her most authentic self.
