Noelle Interiors is a full-service interior design firm specializing in luxury residential interiors and hospitality projects. Owner Noelle Isbell and her team work closely with clients, architects and builders from the earliest concept through construction, furnishings and final installation.

How does authenticity play into your business model?

Authenticity is at the heart of how I design. The best spaces reflect the people who live there and feel as though they evolved naturally from the homeowner—not like a designer came in and placed a stamp on them. I love creating homes that tell clients’ stories and become even more beautiful as life unfolds in them.

Who opened a door for you professionally that made a huge impact?

The architects in this community have greatly impacted my career. Their trust in bringing me into projects early and giving me a seat at the table helped shape the designer and business owner I am today. In turn, I want the designers who come to work with me to feel strengthened by that same spirit of collaboration—to grow their confidence, sharpen their point of view, and excel alongside me and our team while contributing meaningfully to the work we create together.

What is your current passion project?

I’m designing and building our family home, Noosa Crest, in Manhattan Beach. Creating your own home is every designer’s dream, but for me it’s especially meaningful to design the place where my husband and I will raise our daughter, Olivia, and build memories together.

When people tell the story of your business years from now, what do you hope they’ll say?

I hope they say I worked hard, lifted people up and left a beautiful footprint on a community I love. I feel incredibly fortunate to have grown alongside this community. Seeing spaces continue to be enjoyed years later, whether it’s a family home or a restaurant full of familiar faces, is incredibly rewarding because they became exactly what we all hoped they would be.
